I can't remember my password to my gmail and my phone number is no longer the same how can I recover my account

Hi, i am not able to access my gmail account - pradnya.dhairyawan@gmail.com as i have forgotten the password of this account and also it is not linked to my android phone. kindly help me to retrieve the password for this mentioned account as its crucial account for me. i have tried all the possible options to retrieve the same. requesting team to help me sorting out this issue. Kindly provide a solution.
